Glucosamine and Chondroitin

Glucosamine and chondroitin, like with most things in the nutrition industry, not all nutrients and certainly not all nutritional formulas are equal. When we discuss joint support and joint support supplements the best joint supplements would not only have the essential ingredients for rebuilding joint integrity but also for maintaining and managing flexibility. Two of the key nutrients involved in this process for joint pain, arthritis relief, and overall joint support health include glucosamine and chondroitin. If these nutrients are provided in the right potency with the right complementary nutrients, considerable results may be expected.

One of the most recent discoveries regarding glucosamine is that it is much better utilized in the rebuilding of cartilage tissue when it is in an alkaline form.
