This is a supplement that receives great attention and great marketing sales every fall and winter each year. The formula is primarily vitamin C with a good probiotic. Vitamin C of course, is one of the most essential nutrients for preventing colds and flu from occurring. Vitamin C however, is not the only player in this game. If we want to address the immune system with proper immune supplements then the immune booster formula should also contain zinc as well as nutrients to enhance immune function, not just stimulate it.

This would include colostrum extract as well as key extracts from mushroom blends. Immune boosters again are just one part of the equation. If you constantly stimulate the immune system you will actually further its exhaustion. The key in this case is both stimulation and nourishment because a well-nourished immune system can jump into action when necessary without becoming fatigued and exhausted. The best nutrients for the immune system would include a wide range of targeted approach nutrients that address both stimulation and nourishment of the adrenal glands as well is the overall immune system.
