What are the best vitamins to take for energy? First and foremost be sure to ensure that your multivitamin is what we call full-spectrum, meaning that it includes the 100+ nutrients that your body needs every day. Once this has been insured you will have an ideal multivitamin for women as well as for men. Health supplements come in many forms and vitamin supplements fill the shelves of health food stores everywhere but sadly the majority of them do not include the 100+ nutrients, making it necessary for the consumer to purchase and use multiple formulas to achieve that goal.

While there are many specific issues that are important to different people such as healthy aging supplements, stress supplements, energy and metabolism supplements, natural vitamins, herbal vitamins, as well as liquid vitamin supplements, each of these should be able to be formulated into one general full-spectrum supplement. The best way to find out which nutrients you may be deficient in is to take the nutrient evaluation test created by the Institute of Nutritional Science. Nutrient tests or nutrient quizzes can help identify specific deficiencies based on symptoms.

In April we will have informational articles about energy and metabolism supplements and make sure to listen to these amazing testimonials. Check out all of Dr Whiting’s Chronic Disease Special Reports.
