With the arrival of November we began to feel the pressure of the extra work and effort that comes along with the holiday season. We all want to be in a position to enjoy the holidays with family and friends but the extra work and the stress of making it perfect oftentimes clouds our holiday experience. Managing stress and anxiety is both a psychological and a physiological exercise. Nutritional support for excess stress must include adrenal support supplements as well as adrenal fatigue supplements and they are not both the same. Vitamins for anxiety must include the B complex as well as natural support for the adrenal glands. Adrenal support supplements include pantothenic acid, vitamin B12, and raw adrenal extract.
